Level 2 - A1

Globetrotter

This level expands the foundations of the language and guides students toward a more dynamic use of English in everyday, practical situations. Through real-life situations from going to the supermarket, describing other people, or explaining how they feel, to talking about hobbies, routines, shopping, and transportation learners strengthen their ability to communicate fluently and confidently. The approach combines functional vocabulary, common expressions, and simple structures that allow learners to interact naturally in everyday situations, both in personal contexts and in public settings.

The objective of this level is to encourage students to communicate their ideas more clearly, interact effectively in basic social situations, and understand essential information related to daily activities, services, and personal preferences. The goal is for students to be able to function in common scenarios such as ordering food, talking about work, expressing emotions, or asking about prices with a growing sense of autonomy, making English a useful tool in their real lives.

Throughout this level, students consolidate their ability to express preferences, describe people, talk about their routine, and understand and use vocabulary related to shopping, health, transportation, and leisure activities. They develop communication skills to function in restaurants, stores, medical centers, and informal conversations, while improving their understanding of common questions and constructing clear and natural responses. They also learn to use expressions to describe how they feel, explain what they need, talk about their work or studies, and perform practical tasks such as asking for directions or buying products, consolidating a functional linguistic repertoire adapted to everyday life.
